Note that there's a dress code for Batu Caves

  • Because Batu Caves is a religious site, it enforces a dress code for visitors. Enforcement is more strict for women than for men. If you don't meet the dress code you can rent clothes from them for 5RM ($1.25 US)
  • Dress code for men: t-shirt and shorts are fine, but shorts need to be below-knee. Don't wear singlets/tank tops and flip flops
  • Dress code for women: nothing too short and revealing. This is the official guidanceUser submitted photo of Batu Caves
