How to extend your tourist visa in Kenya

  • Your tourist visa can be extended for a further 3-month period at any immigration office in the country.
  • NOTE: you'll only receive the services during normal working hours and days.
  • Renewal is a same-day activity so there's no need to worry about waiting for long.
  • NOTE: renewal ONLY applies to Visas whose expiry date hasn't been met. You'll be required to renew your tourist visa prior to the expiration date on your current visa.
